Work Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
WORK FROM OFFICE
Undergraduate candidate should have 18 Months and Above Experience in BPO Voice or Chat
Graduate Candidate should have 1 Year and above experience in BPO Voice or Chat
Shift: US Shift
Week Off: 2 days rotational week off. 5 Days working
Both Way CAB facilities available
Requirements
Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate
Candidate should have,
1.Good Communication skills
2.Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
3.Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
4.Flexible to work in shifts.
5.Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills
6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
7.Good technical knowledge
