2.Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)

Work Experience: Minimum 1 yr., Maximum 5 yrs. work experience in the areas of database administration or systems administration is essential.
Gender: Male (Job requires working in the Second/night shift also)
Candidates with an understanding of at least 2 to 3 of any of the following would be preferred:
1. Operating systems-Unix, Linux, Windows
2. SAP Basis
3. SAP HANA Administration
4. VMware ESXi/Virtualization
5. Microsoft SQL Server
6. Oracle Database
7. Servers/Storage

Key Deliverables of this role
§ Assist in the routine maintenance of servers and applications in the company’s data center. This maintenance includes, but is not limited to the following core areas 1) Monitoring 2) Performance Optimization 3) Trouble shooting issues and 4) Regular Backups.
§ Create New VMs and its related management actiities
§ Provide support to users (business users as well as other IT team members) on usage of the company’s systems.
§ Participate in new technology evaluation and prototyping exercises.
§ Assist in the installation and commissioning of new hardware and applications at any Asian Paints Location
§ 100% uptime of IT infrastructure at Datacenter & other sites using upgrades & regular maintenance activity as needed
§ Manage Resiliency for Productive Environments using Proper Backup System, Updates, Security(AV) & Disaster Recovery.
§ Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
§ Broad technology areas would include administration of Operating Systems, Databases, Applications, Virtualization, Cloud, Replication technologies and Storage.
