About the role:
As a Retention Executive at Baazi, you will be focused on delivering data-driven insights to various functional teams enabling them to make strategic decisions that add value to the top or bottom line of the business.

Requriment
Plan and execute strategies to improve retention of user segments.
Experience with tools such as CleverTap, Mixpanel, Apxor, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, etc.
Add rigor and structure to how Baazi Games measures customer success (health, growth, retention) in interactions and trends over time
Extract and transform communications data into dashboards and reports for a multitude of levels within the organization
Influence the development and measurement of targets in customer health, growth, and retention
Build data-informed business cases for how to best drive customer journey via communications
Have a good eye for content and be comfortable with executing communication tools to the various segments in order to drive relevant traction.

Round one – evidence from experience that demonstrates fitment, expertise in the Retention Executive role and technical depth, and some behavioral skills.

The rounds may not be in a particular order depending on the interviewer’s availability.
