Introduction:

The successful candidate will be part of the Synthetics Mumbai Trade Management team, which manages specific trade capture and closely related functions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The team helps maintain a high degree of accuracy around trade capture, which is crucial to the firm’s risk management and accurate books and records.

What will you be doing?
Trade Management Related functions
Responsible for timely and accurate Risk Modifying Activities, which includes the following:
Initial Trade Capture
Past Trade Activities (product dependent but includes and is not limited to Allocations and Life Cycling activities)
Position Changes (Novations, Terminations (Full & Partial), NPVs)
Responsible for exception and query management
Adhere to a ‘right first time’ policy on all risk modifying activities
Production of bespoke reports for all products covered
What we’re looking for:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance
Skills that will help you in the role:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent verbal and written skills. Fluent in English
Understand the Front to Back lifecycle of a trade and its associated risks to the firm and to clients
Experience gained in high volume House and client service environment
Knowledge of Markets, Equity Financing, Synthetic products
