Are you ready to bring your skills, competencies and experience to support BCD Travel in establishing and enhancing the APAC based arm of the Global Organization? Do you have a solid understanding of the admin? You might be exactly the new team member we are looking for.
The Office Administrator supports the center by planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems, policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring businesses run smoothly via administrative support. Preside over facilities management, Security management, cafeteria and other facets of administration.
Responsibilities include maintenance, fire safety, health and safety, building and staff assessments for a designated regional office (s). Purchasing tasks, quotations, raising of purchase orders and seeking appropriate approval. Monitoring and recording deliveries. Assistance on Property design and build projects and existing office refurbishments. Attendance outside of normal working hours for relocation projects.
Regional Property responsibility for accommodation
General building maintenance
Assistance on Build Projects
Provide resolution on service desk portal assignments
Raising purchase orders for Service Desk Portal related tasks
Place Purchase Orders for requests via emails to the Facilities inbox
Catering for Meetings
Assist with catering for VIP meeting room set ups
Order and delivery of refreshments for VIPs
Switchboard – answering calls, directing calls,
Maintain the telephone directory.
Mail Room Duties
Sort and distribute mail
Arrange for couriers
Post outgoing mail
Keep records of deliveries
Reconcile invoices relating to dispatch duties
Health & Safety
Fire Warden and First Aider recruitment
Arranging training etc.
Maintaining records to ensure certification is in date.

Ideally you will have 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Good Communications skills
Basic mathematical skills,
