The Intermediate Holding Company (“IHC”) program structured at the U.S. level across poles of activities of BNP Paribas provides guidance, supports the analysis, impact assessment and drives adjustments of the U.S. platform’s operating model due to the drastic changes introduced by the Enhanced Prudential Standards (“EPS”) for Foreign Banking Organizations (“FBOs”) finalized by the Federal Reserve in February 2014, implementing Section 165 of U.S. Dodd-Frank Act.
Core Banking Data Management IT is responsible for servicing IHC Finance and Enterprise Data Management Functions as well as other sponsors, articulating business/reporting/data management needs and defining the appropriate technology solutions.

Position Purpose
The scope of the engagement will include but not be limited to
Performing requirement gathering.
Writing functional specs.
Requirement analysis and coordination with multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Connect with users and finalizing the requirement for DQ rules and assessment Views
Prepare BRD and FSD document for the requirement
Analyze the rule requirement and help the development team with its development and testing
Involvement in SIT/UAT testing
Prepare test case scenarios, user stories for the requirement
Root cause analysis of any production incident raised by user.
Involve and provide inputs for preparing the timelines for monthly release.
Analysis of data using SQL queries and MS Excel
Transform clearly defined technical specifications into solutions using in-house and vendor based applications
Create and maintain the necessary project documentation
Effectively communicate relevant project information to the project lead and project teams
Provide guidance and share expertise with the project teams members and sponsors
Participate in designing innovative solutions align with bank’s informational architecture
Facilitate defining and implementing solutions to various data quality defects and sourcing gaps
Contributing Responsibilities

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Strong Skills on SQL, Datawarehouse concepts.
Exposure to Data Quality Framework will be a preference but is not mandatory.
Proficient in xls (running pivot tables and ‘vlookup’ are a must),Word and Powerpoint.
Experience with MDM / RDM tools.
Understanding of information governance principals
Strong knowledge on complete SDLC and experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Exposure to DevOps.
