Sales Support Executive
Our team in Mumbai currently has an opening for a Sales Support Executive

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Relationship Management:

Primary point of contact for Bronze Category customers. To facilitate the customers, use Brenntag support systems.Handle indent accounts – Coordination with customer as well as supplier. Handling documentation etc.
Sales Support:
Handle commercial support in terms of sampling and technical support to customers.Primary point of contact to principal accounts (suppliers) for completing their required reporting – sales reports, in-hand stock reporting, etc.Update on Forecast, monitoring warehouse stock, handling replenishment orders (Blending activity)Update and follow-up on order status for sales reporting and analysis.Support sales team on CRM activities (analysis/follow up/reviews etc)
Procurement/technical lab support:
Contacting vendors for getting quotations for procuring equipment and RMs for blending & lab facility.
Completing vendor formalities for purchase of materials as required.Handle stock check and procure replenishment.
Order Management:
Manage key internal relationship with product management, order execution. (Blending activity)Keep close connect with order/material planners, schedulers, credit and finance personnel.
General Support:
Handling legal contracts with customers and vendors – with the help of legal personnel.Support the sales team on arranging and monitoring exhibition/trade show formalities.
YOUR PROFILE
10 to14 years of relevant experience (Regional – South Asia experience will be an added advantage)
Graduate in any stream, preferably completed management degree/diploma.
Any knowledge of logistics procedures, import/export, handling customs’ formalities will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of SAP, CRM tools.
Customer focus. Problem solving and result oriented.
Proficiency in both verbal and written English,
Tech-savvy, command over computer operations expected. Good knowledge of MS-Office tools and Outlook.
