What will I be responsible for in this job? Taking 50-55 inbound calls daily and assisting our client patient base with their billing inquiries, Outbound calls from voicemails
What are the requirements?
Years of experience: 0-3
Education: High School graduate
Physical requirements: N/A
What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?
Problem solving and listening skills. Basic math, Microsoft office, bi-lingual a plus
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have? Prior customer service experience, knowledge of medical billing
How much should I expect to travel? None Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
