Requirements
Candidate must have 2 – 3 yrs of experience
Handling process from log-in to disbursement
Strong follow-ups with customers, Merchant & sales team for execution.
Reaching existing merchants overcall to get their respective feedback
Solving Merchant and Customers basic problem
Mandatory: Candidate must know to multi south Language.

Ability to work with cross functional teams: Candidates must be able to influence cross functional teams – customer care, product, merchants, compliance & finance teams. Having the experience of managing healthy conflicts and driving people towards the customer goals and organization priorities would be valued.
