Job title: RPM Analyst/ KYC Analyst

Risk and Portfolio Management (RPM) is looking for bright candidates with a Finance/ Portfolio Management/ Computer Science background, to support KYC, de-risking and reporting activities. The role would suit for an individual looking to develop their product knowledge, understanding of de-risking instrument management & related portfolio risk management in a challenging, fast-paced environment, where the team and individual can make significant contribution for the global Corporate Bank – Trade Finance and Lending Business.

Upon request by the business and in close cooperation, collect and validate “Know Your Customer” (KYC) documentation for adoption under Distribution & Credit Solutions (D&CS), Trade Finance Financial Institutions and Financial Supply Chain product. Ensure compliance with current KYC policy and procedures and bank’s AFC commitment to regulators as well as agreed with Group AFC handling of non-clients (specifically for D&CS).
Raising an onboarding request in DB’s KYC systems (dbCAR/ dbCLM) following currently established and documented processes.
Follow up on raised requests with the local onboarding teams to ensure timely completion, deliver additional information where and if required, trigger escalation with business and/ or AFC on CLM request (depending on the case).
Work on periodic reviews for D&CS names in cooperation with D&CS business, Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and AFC.
Support “Red to Green” process following bank processes and procedures, ensure correct treatment of adopted names into the Corporate Bank Client Perimeter.
Maintain global internal reporting trackers to ensure proper monitoring of completion and reporting to management, support the implementation of monitoring tools for periodic reviews for D&CS.
Support the migration of the global D&CS portfolio from dbCAR to dbCLM once strategic build is implemented and in production.
Support for the monitoring of TF de-risking instruments and periodic premium payment execution
Maintain internal process documents and Key Operation Procedures for mandated products

Technical Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering
2-3 years of work experience in relevant field of Finance and/ or Insurance, AML and AFC experience is a plus
Strong analytical skills and risk background
Knowledge of Trade Finance & Lending products is a plus
Knowledge of advanced Excel, MS PowerPoint, VBA Macro and basic understanding of database with demonstrated ability to employ tools for analytical work
Strong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written; German is a plus.
