Job Title: Marketing Support

Hiring Managers: Nicola West (reporting to Gina Gray)
The role is within the Deutsche Bank International Bank, Global Marketing team, with line management into Central Team Business Manager. As a member of the team you will work closely not only with your central marketing team colleagues but with regional marketing teams globally too.
Support the Central Marketing team with day-to-day business process’ i.e. invoice payments, process management, budget reconciliation
Management of Event registration tool data (where possible)
Coordinating and management of global team travel for larger events, liaising with local and regional offices
Support the management of marketing inventory collateral (pitch folders, notecards, lanyards, bags etc)
Liaise with external vendors to support project execution
db Buyer – entering, tracking and documenting invoices
Assisting with payments using Corporate Meetings Card (AMEX) including reconciling transactions in a timely manner
Develop strong relationships and work effectively with marketing colleagues globally to support global budget alignment and reporting
Liaising with business and infrastructure divisions across the Bank globally to fulfil the needs of the day-to-day role
DAY to DAY:
dbBuyer – invoicing, processing and tracking
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in the banking sector (not essential but preferred)
Able to work independently and collaborate within a team environment as necessary
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing with presentation and organization skills.
Confidence in communicating at all levels globally and to a diverse external network
Self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to solve problems and be pro-active
Excellent organization and prioritization skills with the ability to anticipate needs
The ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Excellent attention to detail
Calm manner, ability to think on feet and outside the box
