Full Job Description :-
Responsibility
Primarily responsible for all matters relating to security operations, conduct and discipline in the security agency. He/she will also assist the Safety Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Operate and enforce a system of access control including inspection of credentials, packages and vehicles
The patrolling of routes, perimeters, common area, buildings, etc on both a regular and random basis. Regular patrolling shall be carried out via a new electronic guard tour system to be supplied and installed by the Contractor.
The direction of traffic (vehicular and pedestrian), control of parking, validation of access rights, security checking of vehicles and contents and operating the automatic barrier and sliding doors system
The receiving, issuing and accounting for certain keys to the buildings and its internal restricted areas
Monitor, operate and respond to intrusion and fire alarm systems or other protective devices
Monitor security of, record data or perform minor operations for building utility systems
In the event of any emergency such as bomb threats, fire, assault or civil disturbance, respond, summon assistance, administer first aid (if trained) and assist public safety personnel
Maintain law and order within the confines of the facility
Report potentially hazardous conditions and items in need of repair e.g. unserviceable lighting, slippery surfaces

5.5 days work week, 10 hours shift per day
Holding a valid security license with the rank of Senior Security Supervisor
Able to work on different sites when required
Possess initiative and a good team player
Good verbal and written communication skills
