Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing month-end closing, making of several monthly business reports & propagating financial data and insights to company stakeholders
Managing year-end closing & coordinating with auditors for timely completion of audits.
Assisting the team with any internal or external data related report preparations
Assisting the team with Treasury Management which involves preparation and reviewing of loan documents, sanction letters, tracking of financial covenants
Assisting the team with lender and investor data requirements
Initiating new projects like Cost reduction, Dashboard preparation, Key Metric identification
Providing business solutions by using Data analytics
Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Developing & implementing business processes and accounting policies to maintain & strengthen internal controls.
Responsible for educating & encouraging a culture of financial prudence through the Organization.
Coordinate with external experts wherever necessary for ensuring all of the above.
Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies Required
Graduate / CA Inter (1+ years of experience is preferred)
Candidates with strong experience in MS Excel (well versed with Vlookups, Index-Match, Pivot Tables, Sumifs, and EMI Formulas), MS Powerpoint, and MS Word will be preferred
Candidate has basic accounting and/or business experience
Candidate is well versed with Tally ERP
