Job Description & Responsibilities
Spearhead all aspects of Project to meet Time & Cost Deadlines.
Coordinate with various internal departments for design, engineering related issues within set time schedule.
Review with MD/Technical Director the project status on Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis.
Manage entire Projects involving resource planning, contract management, materials management, in-process inspection and team building in coordination with internal / external departments.

Liaise with various government departments and authorities for obtaining various approvals & clearances.
Deploy various methodologies to analyze various processes, recommend modifications to minimize escalations, control variability, costs & reduce cycle-time
Provide technical guidance to the site, and resolve critical site issues.
Be completely accountable for development, motivation and assessment of supervised staff and labour resources.
Control and direct the work of all site based operations.
Desired Profile
We are looking forward to the civil graduate at least 15+ Years of Experience in Real estate and Building projects.
Possess core professional and conceptual skills and practical Knowledge to handle the project independently and frame guidelines and control methodology to achieve business targets.
Be able to guide and lead a team of competent senior engineers from various engineering disciplines
Leadership and people management skills

Good verbal communication skills
Thorough understanding of project planning and scheduling.
