Job Description
Business Achieve the number plans of the respective region Promoting the Business by lead generation through Marketing / Branches / Other units etc.
Meeting Brokers and Individual customers as per the contact benchmark set and ensure to be a market leader in the products offered by the bank Ensure joint calls with Capital Market Team/ NRI RPM to leverage the business opportunities in respective region.
Increasing Product Penetration for Offline NRE/NRO PIS as well as Online /HSL trading accounts Monthly review with Branch Manager on goal setting for a month and performance update Quarterly meeting with Cluster Head / Zonal Head Quarterly review with Line manager on Business, Branch/Zonal meetings Competition Benchmarking / Regulatory Aspects Monthly Benchmarking of competition banks / broking houses product offering and make sure broadcasting PIS Unique features across all existing and new leads of brokers/PMS/Custody in the respective region and follow up on time to time.
Identifying the opportunities for improving the facilities in our bank product offering and share an update to Line Manager with recommended approach and action plans.
Monitoring the regulatory guidelines and ensure that product features and processes are in line with the same.
Share the observations with line manager on periodic basis.
Ensuring all broking houses following the correct practice and guidelines Client Servicing / Branch Support One point of contact for the customers on all type of PIS transactions service requirements and ensure timely resolution without delay and complaints.
One point of contact for the branches of the respective region for PIS Assisting branches/customers/brokers to open NRE/NRO PIS (Online and Offline) , Demat/HSL accounts with the bank also NRE/NRO NON PIS accounts and deposit.
Ensure regular updates to branches on product offering / processes / regulatory updates.
Conducting periodic training / ensure knowledge through other mediums with other business units like NR, HSL, Operations, Retail branch banking staff etc.
Visiting local clearing /CMS dept.
for guidance on various credit transactions to NRE/NRO PIS accounts.
Transaction Monitoring Monitoring LTR (Large Transaction Report) for PIS transactions on daily basis and ensure timely updation Checking payment details on purchase contract notes.
Following up with broker/customers for updating purchase details, where not provided, for proper updation of client’s ledgers Crediting the sale proceeds in CPU-PIS dummy A/C within the specified TAT and reporting purchase and sale transaction as per process within TAT Ensuring that the trades done by the customer in Breached /Red flag list are squared off Follow up and laisioning with brokers regarding pending pay in , payout cases and reporting of contract notes Co-ordinating with CPU (PIS help) and G.
Kapadia and Company for smooth functioning of PIS processes and timely clearance of pending cases Communicating the PIS Process to customers/brokers, to minimize the errors in reporting and processing of transactions Processing of PIS application forms with FTNR < 2 % benchmark Initiatives Product / Process Improvements Taking NEW initiatives for Product Improvisation / Strengthening Market Share / Branch Communication / Processes etc Adhoc Tasks Attending any adhoc task as per the supervisor's instructions.
