Full Job Description :-
Incident management of IT Assets like Desktop/Laptop,Printer/Scanner deployed at Branches & Back-offices.
Oversee all service requests ,incidents and problems associated with Assets under BAU.
Manage vendor relationships to establish high level of service delivery across all IT Operations.
Procurement of IT Assets as per standard norms & guidelines provided by the organization.
Provide vendor, consultant analysis and recommendations as & when required.
Provide monthly, quarterly and on demand as needed reporting on IT Operational metrics Management of IT Documentation and records against compliance & audit.
Commercial Operations comprising of data analysis required for seeking funding approval from management & completing the procurement to payment cycle.
Manage asset tracking & hygiene of the inventory of Asset.
Approving Repairs & Maintenance incidents associated with the asset for uptime and facilitate in enhancing the end user customer experience.
Maintaining the Knowledge Base of the operations and continuous improvement of effective workable framework for managing and improving internal customer IT Support.
Recommend & implement new technology which improves productivity of both IT Staff & end users.
Management & Escalation to ISP and other services with adherence to SLA.
Seeking Funding approval basis analysis on data points & managing approved funds for the period approval is in place.
Purchase Order & Invoice approvals basis incidents logged.
Branch Visit to understand and comprehend from the end users pain point to improve upon IT-Operations.
In-depth experience automating manual processes using tools and scripting languages.
Demonstrated knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
Requires familiarity with Project Management Principles.
In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems (Microsoft 7/8/10) and the Microsoft Office 2010/13/16, 365 Suite Applications.
Requires in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory,Active Group Policies & Windows Server.
Must possess excellent written and communication skills with the ability to clearly define objectives ,goals, schedules, & assignments.
Requires strong interpersonal & organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, follow written policies & procedures, and maintain superior customer service at all times with all users.
Must exercise independent judgement under minimum supervision.
