Full Job Description :-
Roles and Responsibilities:

Experience in managing and providing support in leadership presentations, dealing with critical internal regulatory queries and providing inputs in relation to management and consolidation of facilities from a regulatory standpoint, supporting the team to prepare for internal and external audits and reviews
Ability to quickly understand the overall operational areas being managed by the team around STPI, SEZ, DOT, Telecom, Labour and data privacy laws and other regulations
Capability to manage large data sets and provide clear and simple presentations, along with supporting digital agenda of the team and furthering the digitization efforts of the team in managing all the requests, licenses and documentation
Understanding and supporting in managing the online tools for tracking of approvals
To support the team in maintaining the agreements with Vendors and internal approvals required for the vendors
Ongoing understanding and providing training and awareness sessions around all the regulations being supported by the team across regions within the team and for other corporate functions
Proven skills on management, effective communication and presentations
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Execution experience with the ability to meet and enforce deadlines; willingness to quickly shift gears and work on projects of varying nature with individuals across domains, levels and functions
Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to challenge status-quo and understand ways of working
Ability to work under pressure, make decisions at the right time and prioritize effectively. Willingness to take advice and escalate when needed. Ability to look forward and visualize future demands, opportunities and challenges; the candidate should also be able to understand complex context and issues quickly.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to lead meetings and facilitate dialogues with multiple stakeholders
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office solutions- Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Visio

Degree in business management, commerce, law, company secretary
