Roles and responsibilities
We are recruiting for a Business Assocaite in the US Digital Marketing team. Working as BA in this team, your responsibilities will be:
Design & Development:

Working on CEROS to create interactive web designs
Digital retouching and image editing using Adobe Illustrator
Source/edit/create icons and manipulate images using Adobe Photoshop to ensure brand relevance
Expertise in software/programming languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Have a good eye for spacing/padding, general layout of the image
Creating products that are user-friendly, effective and appealing
Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients
Scanning for site defects and design inconsistencies

Content Management System (AEM Publishing):

Perform Content Management Activities on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform
Manage Site enhancement specifications implementation with Global Support
Using web content management tools, update and manage key client facing web applications such as www.kpmg.com/us and www.kpmginstitutes.com
Control quality of web images, content and rich media on kpmg.com/us website
Coordinate with offshore teams to troubleshoot technical issues and manage workflow

Education / professional qualifications

Graduate / Post Graduate in relevant field

Prior Experience:

The candidate must have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Essential skills required
Project and Team management exposure

Credible record of operating as an independent contributor and also working as part of a team during larger projects.
Problem solving skills; ability to drive through to an outcome in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity.
Goal driven – should be focused on helping clients meet their requirements – by developing answers and solutions when client requirement remains unclear / changes, and by providing relevant insights and key questions to fit the client objective.

Technical skills
Design & Development:

Good knowledge of front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
Expertise in graphic design software’s including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
Excellent visual design skills.
Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
Good understanding and experience of content management systems like AEM would be a plus

Content Management System (AEM):

AEM platform (Knowledge of AEM 6.5 would be a plus)
Good understanding and experience of other content management systems a plus

Behavioral / team skills

Excellent / strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Excellent attention to detail is a must
Must be creative and self motivated
A professional and organized approach to work and a strong team player
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in a team
Working to strict deadlines and flexibility in time management
Drive and commitment to deliver a high quality service to the KPMG network
Comfort with wide variety of cultural differences and skill sets and ability to work a flexible schedule to interact with colleagues in other time zones around the world
