If you are an Order Fulfillment and Customer Service Administrator who wants to make great money working at an amazing company then keep reading!We are an online retailer based in London and require a full-time Ecommerce Order Fulfillment and Customer Service Administrator. You will be responsible for all the tasks related to the timely processing of all the customer orders and returns. You will also be responsible for other admin tasks and customer related tasks.Job Overview : Full-time, permanent, long-termWork from homeThe vacancy is for 5 days per week which include either Saturday or Sunday. Open for overtime.The salary is Rs 45,000 – Rs 60,000 per month (depending on experience and performance) payable monthly.Yearly BonusAttitude : The ability to work quickly & accuratelyFlexibility to increase workload in very busy timesTeam-player, someone with initiativeThe ability to work quickly & accuratelyExcellent attention to detailsWell-organizedQualifications: Desirable academic backgroundAt least 2 years’ experience processing orders in bulk using order processing software.At least 2 years’ experience with processing orders and returns on Amazon, E-bay and Shopify.At least 1 years’ experience processing customer returns and refunds.Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, articulate with good spelling and grammar.Good management skillAvailable to work on weekendsMain responsibilities : Responsible for the daily processing of the customer orders ensuring that all the orders are dispatched on time.Processing customer returns, ensuring all customers who return their items receive replacements or refunds in a timely manner.Liaise with delivery companies, investigate and resolve the delivery and return issues.Process courier claims. Submit the claims with the respective couriers and communicate with them to resolve all the pending claims.Managing the customer claims in the forms of A-Z, eBay Cases, PayPal Cases and Safe-t claims.Responding to customer messages from eBay, Amazon, and our eCommerce channels in a timely manner.General office support to ensure all the fulfillment and other related tasks are completed on time and according to the standard procedures.HOW TO APPLY: Please fill this form and answer all the questions to apply for the role.
