Key Deliverables:
Deliver to expected productivity level
Achieve targeted CSAT score as per framework
Compliance to SOPs, success measured through audit score
Achieve expected learning and development assessment scores and certifications
Key Responsibilities:
Edit/rewrite application drafts (essays/SOPs, referee letters, resume etc, and other written work) in order to create impressive applications highlighting the strengths and personality of the clients.
Interview the students and build a common understanding of the editing process and inputs required from them.
Brainstorm with the students to build a common understanding of the editing process and the inputs required from them to finalise the documents.
Maintain regular communication with the students to provide high quality standards of the content by enhancing each version to deliver excellent quality documents with minimum revisions/versions.
Coordinate with advisors regularly to ensure systematic and seamless completion of editorial work for students.
Ensure adherence to the SOP guidelines formulated for the editing team.
Ensure TATs and SLAs are adhered to and that students are able to meet their deadlines.
Responsible to achieve a high student feedback score (CSAT).
Support the new incumbents in the editorial process & client handling.
Research and stay updated about the methodologies and ways in which the universities assess
students’ profiles for admissions and guide them in the preparation of application documents accordingly.
Ensure delivery of error-free and plagiarism-free final content.
Safeguard the high quality of service despite the pressure of workload, essentially during peak season.
Contribute to content development and other related activities during the lean season.
