Job Description
Responsible for
In Depth working knowledge of Accounts Payable/Receivables
Daily Invoice posting of all the invoices received on the system
AP vendor statement reconciliation
AP payment to the vendors by manual and auto payment using SAP
AR Cash receipts allocation to the right customers account
Updating the remittance copy and match when the payment received and allocate correctly
PO reminders to the customers
Customer invoice dispute management
Ledger status and ensuring robust controls are in place and adhered to.
Complete knowledge of Financial Modules
o Accounts Payables/ Receivables
o Treasury and Banking
o Reconciliations of Banks & GL
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skill
Extensive knowledge of SAP T-codes
Demonstrate flexibility in style and approach to problem solving
Proactively build and maintain excellent stakeholder, customer and supplier relationships
Strong influencing skills
Able to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally.
Suggest Improvement in Process
Qualifications
Graduate with Commerce/ Banking and finance.
