Job Profile:
Full ownership for maximizing sales of the designated product range
Ensuring market penetration with the existing business, as well as actively pursuing new customers and developing new opportunitiesRegular involvement in case planning and case support in the cath lab/operation theatreResponsible for imparting product knowledge to customers
Responsible for driving local marketing initiatives
Skills & Experience:
Proven sales background, preferably with a minimum of 2 years in the medical device sales arenaQualification in sales/marketingDegree education is a must – preferably in a science, technical or clinical disciplineUnderstanding of surgical and interventional procedures and terminology is preferredAbility to absorb and impart technical informationProficient in Microsoft word, excel, power point
Personal Qualities:
Passionate and highly motivated to work in the healthcare industryPresentable with excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skillsAbility to deal across all levels of the industry from hospital purchasers, nurses to surgeonsAbility to build and maintain effective relationships, with a flexible approach to achieve mutual goals
