Full Job Description :-
EA will report to India MD, and be responsible to take care of all his back-office operations, represents India MD,s office for internal and external communications, provide administrative, analytical support and necessary secretarial support to MD. and also work closely with India leadership team
Prioritize and plan for the month and day of the MD as per business exigencies and requirements
Plan and manage events which the MD would like to host.
Support MD in data management, business presentations preparation, mailings, follow up on meeting schedules etc.
Coordinating the travel and stay for MD as needed
Support employee engagement initiatives driving corporate programs, Safety, diversity & inclusion, fun at workplace.
Put requisition for necessary administrative procurements through SAP & bill processing.
Make official expense settlements /Credit card settlement through Concur
Employee engagements ,Employee communications , Town halls, Newsletters, and POSH compliance
Host internal /external visitors, meeting scheduling, taking Minutes of the Meeting, following up on the action plans set during the Minutes of the meeting, scheduling calls, co-ordinate meetings with the Corporate and plant leadership teams and outside agencies, delegates etc.
Schedule India NLT meetings support necessary meeting prep work , PPTs .
Work closely with HR team for new employee onboarding, inductions
Experience & Education:
Graduate from reputed college . PG ( MBA / Mass communication ) can be added advantage
Eight to ten years providing support for Country leadership level preferably in MNC work environment.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint;
Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
Excellent customer service skills: meeting and exceeding expectations; intuitively understand stakeholders; anticipate needs; provide value
Ability to work independently and with professional discretion, in fast-paced, demanding environment
Professional appearance and mannerisms
Must be good on prioritization, time management, attention to detail, follow through, staying informed with organizational initiatives and priorities
Managing schedules and people with tact, diplomacy and poise
