Full Job Description :-
1. Analysis of clinical quality indicators across Practo Care hospital in the concerned region and preparation of dashboard for review.
2. Periodically perform medical records audits, and clinical processes for compliance.
3. Tracking of compliance to corrective and preventive actions for all clinical incidents across Practo Care units in the region.
4. Ensuring compliance to all trackers as per Clinical quality framework.
5. Assisting in Clinical Operations wherever required in terms of equipment availability, liason with surgeon and anesthetists and their requirements.
6. Liason with City Ops Head, and other staff for any matters pertaining to implementation of Clinical Operations, Quality and Safety framework.
7. Assists the city medical superintendent in quality training , across practo care units in the region.
8. Periodically visits hospitals and clinics in the region and update the reporting managers accordingly on compliance.
9. Perform any other assignment as directed by the Reporting Managers.
10. Travel to other locations as and when needed to Practo care facilities in the region.
