Full Job Description :-
You will be responsible for managing the CRM Operations for RoundGlass across its verticals. You will be providing operational assistance to the CRM and Business teams in managing databases, data clean-ups, reports creation, funnel management and assisting automation of CRM processes.
What you’ll do:
Manage owned and procured databases of the company
Reports and Digital dashboard creation
Data clean-up and enhancements
Resolving technical concerns / challenges in CRM management
Who we’re looking for:
4+ years of hands on technical expert in CRM management
Good understanding of Reporting, Dashboarding and Analytics
Ability to manage databases, from a hygiene and data quality perspective
Work closely with teams for managing their CRM and Sales funnel visualization needs
