Core Responsibilities:
Manage and support call center activities which primarily includes taking customer calls, assigning cases to service engineers, and facilitate the resolution of customer queries on call or email. Attend customer calls immediately. Respond to customer emails within 2 hours Assure customer with the intent of providing resolution. Assign cases in Salesforce/SFDC. Support service contract quote creation as necessary. This includes AMC/CMC/T&M type of contracts

Basic Qualification:
Graduate/Diploma in any discipline Minimum 7-8 years of work experience in Call Center, Facilitating customer queries. Proficiency in MS-Office and above average working knowledge of MS-Excel Proficiency in ERP: Oracle 12I (OtC) and Salesforce Knowledge of Service industry knowledge with high profile customers in Pharma and Life Sciences
