Job description
We are looking for a creative executive who can take creative briefs from clients and working on their deliverable. Coordinating with internal teams for Digital marketing, Web Development, SEO and Design for creating Social Media posts, and other digital and print collateral for clients. Planning and managing client accounts and coordinating with client teams regularly.
Responsibilities and duties
Taking creative briefs from clients and working on their deliverable
Coordinating with internal teams for Digital marketing, Web Development, SEO and Design for creation of Social Media posts, and other digital and print collateral for clients
Planning and managing client accounts and coordinating with client teams regularly
Building and managing strong relationships with clients with regards to online digital projects (SEO,SMO,PPC)
Collecting regular feedback from clients and sharing the insights for development
Handling Queries of Clients and fixing issues through proper co-ordination
Responsible for revenue generation/ payment collection from the existing customers
Co-ordinate with the Existing clients to cross sell new service
Attending client meetings with the Account Manager to fix issues
Coordinating the execution of the various elements of the project
Identifying account growth opportunities and directing these to the Sales team
Responsible for all aspects of project closure including producing project report
Skills and requirements
Relevant Graduates / Postgraduates
Knowledge of Digital and Social Media Marketing
Experience in Digital marketing, advertising, marketing, branding..
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work smoothly with teams interpersonal skills
Ability to manage client’s expectations and deliver their projects successfully.
Must be adept on Office (Microsoft/Google) software – Excel/Sheets and Word/Docs
Quick learner, Enthusiastic for marketing, Timely execution of tasks
