Full Job Description :-

Responsible to collate, analyse multiple data points across all client sites and prepare reports. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to prepare invoices and high-quality monthly reports for internal stakeholders and external customers.


Roles and Responsibilities:

1. To maintain data & manage various MIS reports

Updating and maintaining the central and other database;
Accurate tracking of records and other activities;
Coordinating with all sites/teams for valid and error free data as and when required; and
Automate reports to reduce manual preparation of MIS/reports.

2. To analyse the data & prepare reports for various stakeholders

Analyze data using Advanced Excel Functions, Power Query, Pivot Table, Data Tools, Charts, Lookup Functions, etc.;
Preparing Dashboards, Internal Reports (Excel, Power Point, Word Document) on a daily/weekly /monthly basis;
Preparing MIS on a daily / weekly / monthly basis; and
Preparing other ad-hoc reports as per business requirement.

3. To prepare invoice and client document reports

Coordinate with required stakeholders to get all necessary information for creating monthly invoices;
Checking and reviewing the information to ensure its accuracy;
Timely preparation and sharing of client invoices and coordinating/follow ups with clients for ensuring payment;
Timely preparation and sharing of monthly reports document which are error free; and
Training internal site teams to ensure quality reports are shared by them to the central teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in a similar background;
Education: Graduation or Post Graduation (Technical Background will be preferred);
Knowledge of Document preparation and reports generation;
MIS Operations;
Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Dashboards;
Ability to collaborate & partner with different stakeholders;
Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational and documentation skills;
Strong communication & presentation skills; and
High level of ownership and respect for timelines.
