Job Profile : Network Security Administrator
Job Location : Delhi
Experience Required : 4-5 yrs
Job Description : Graduate with B.E/B.Tech or 3 Year Diploma in electronics & Communication or IT.
Experience: Min 4to5 Years Exp in relevant technical support.
Strong Technical & Communication skills
CCNA Certified (Must 1 Year) or CCMP (3 Years – Good to have)
Must Have Skills – For check-point Firewall (Hands on Experience), IPS, Routing & Switching, Troubleshooting.
Monitoring health (real time messages, alarms, etc.) and performance of all firewalls in the data centre and checking logs on daily basis,
Monitor availability of leased lines,
To check CPU and process utilization of switches, firewalls, routers & Aruba controllers.
Troubleshooting any kind of networking issues in the data centre
Complete backup of network devices periodically.
Maintain availability of communication links as per SLA’s
Responsible for all initial problem determination, resolution, reporting and escalation procedures to ensure proper systems and data Centre computing platform operations
To help in turn around user traffic from primary site to DR site and vice-versa in case of failover and DR tests,
To coordinate & participate in DR test & planning activities as and when required and take all actions required to assist in the execution of the existing DR Plan,
Carry out root cause analysis/incident report in case of major event,
To apply access policies (permanent and temporary) in firewalls (internet, intranet) as and when required as per change management process,
Detection/prevention of network intrusions regularly and capture logs for monitoring traffic (routine and malicious)
Switches in the data centre and checking logs on daily basis
Responsible for upgradation of checkpoints, security gateways, check point management server, HP routers & Switches & Aruba controller.
L2 network admin shall also be available on call basis 24 X 7 to respond to any network problems.
L2 Network admin will also assist team at NSDC in case of any Network related issue
Physical inspection (checking LED status, etc.) of network equipment regularlyDocument and disseminate new operational procedures to Network personnel.
