Tata CLiQ is the flagship digital commerce initiative of the Tata Group. It is a multi-category e-commerce platform, operating across categories such as Fashion, Footwear and Accessories, Electronics, and Luxury Fashion. We are looking for highly motivated, customer obsessed individuals to join our Merchandising team, which is currently expanding across channels

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising Page Creation – Brand/Category/Theme/Info/Sale
Maintenance and Performance tracking (Omniture) of pages and properties
Coordinate with Category Marketing for BAU operations and Site management
URL creation for CTA landing
Manage other consumer touchpoints like Category Navigation, Brands Section etc

Experience Required

E commerce background is a must. 2 years of minimum experience
Prior experience of working on a web content management system (WCMS) is mandatory
Prior experience in Adobe and SAP tools preferred

Technical Skills Required

MS Office Excellence (MS Excel proficiency is a must)
Basic IT knowledge – HTML
Understanding of customer journey and touchpoints. Key site metrics like funnel conversion and CTR

Behavioural Skills Required

Basic work planning skills
Adaptable to high pressure situations
Interpersonal Skills – Team Player
Flexible with timings if necessary
Communication – Basic language proficiency (English)
