Full Job Description :-
Job Duties

Manages the assets of the store. The security and safety of the store is his/her responsibility.
Stocks the materials received from vendors properly as to ensure easy access identification, verification and handling.
Ensures proper stocking of materials by using appropriate method of care and preservation to avoid any damage and loss.
In case of damage or discrepancy, reports to purchase team and accounts team for reimbursements and record-keeping
Passes the bills of the materials received from vendor and sends it to Accounts department for payment.
Ensures materials are issued smoothly to the internal department.
Ensures all the necessary documents are provided along with the material outward
Coordinates the shipment of goods from stores
Prepares and maintains records of the store inventory
Ensures that the store is always maintained up to date in all aspects in a presentable condition.

Job / Knowledge Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Technical or any related field of Industrial Valves.
2-3 years’ experience in inventory, distribution and operational procedures in a manufacturing unit.
Knowledge of proper book keeping and inventory management
Proficient in MS Office and ERP Software
Knowledge and adherence to lean manufacturing systems. (5S, FIFO)
