Your responsibilities
Site Administration
Candidate should be a with Candidate should have thorough knowledge of statutory laws i.e. CLRA, BOCW, ISMW License procurement, Contract Labour related documentation, PF / ESI etc. and should have working knowledge of site accounting. Candidate should possess excellent communication skill.
Candidate shall be responsible for overall management of Site Admin, HR and IR for multiple sites from HO and would lead team of site Administration Officers. He shall be responsible for implementation of all statutory obligations at site. Responsibilities include site Facilities Management, checking and processing of site imprest statements, opening Bank A/c at site, setting up site office infrastructure, maintaining assets register and labour records.
Labour Officer
Shall be conversant with labour laws, various labour related statutes, minimum wages act, contract labour regulation and abolition act, workmen compensation act etc. He shall be witnessing the wage disbursement by contractors at site. He should pro-actively eliminate violation of any labour laws by the contractors at site. Graduate with experience and knowledge in the above shall meet the requirement.
Your profile
Education Qualification : Graduate (preferable B.Sc / B.Com) having diploma in business administration / IR management.
Work Experience : Min. 15 years of experience in managing construction site administration out of which min. 3 years should be in managing multiple sites in the capacity of Admin-in-Charge.
