1. Define and execute processes to support English Library operations ensuring 100% metadata accuracy
2. Develop a keen understanding of programming nuances and how it can be supported via an accurate and beautifully structured Library
3. Conceive new methods and solutions to help scale the teams work
4. Build English genre tree replete with detailed break-down of sub-genres
5. Co-ordinate cross-functional projects to ensure all aspects of English Library including catalogue completeness, maintain image bank and update artist page information
6. Use Data effectively to determine the scope of work and to ascertain the completion of projects
1. Comprehensive and well-rounded knowledge of wide array of English music genres & pop culture
2. Ability to work independently, without direct supervision, surfacing problems or issues as necessary
3. Detail-oriented with good judgment, critical thinking, and a strong capacity for spotting trends and/or anomalies
4. Experience working with large amounts of data
5. Have 3+ Years of experience working in a high pressure and result driven matrix orgranisation or start up
6. Able to drive objectives through key internal and external relationships
