Handling Tour Enquires for Domestic Market like : Andaman & Nicobar , North East , Chardham , Himachal Pradesh.
Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
Designing & preparing itineraries of holiday packages for customers.
Handling domestic bookings & documentation.
Correspondence dealing with transporters handling agents.
Processing bookings by coordinating with the team and agents.
Domestic / International Destination Knowledge needed.
Should have experience in travel company.
Attending to customer queries through emails and phones calls and taking regular follow up.
Self-motivated, resourceful
Should be a quick learner.
Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment.
