Ubiquitous Mediaworks is looking for a Copywriter and Conceptualiser with 1 to 3 years of experience, in Andheri (W), Mumbai.

We are searching for a conceptual thinker who can ideate out-of-the-box campaigns, craft compelling copies and effectively communicate ideas across platforms.
The role will cover three disciples –
Creative – An innovative conceptualizer who is extremely passionate about blending ideas into words.
Marketing – A strategic thinker who can ace the marketing game with moment marketing.
Proofreading – A grammar Nazi who can craft clear, persuasive and compelling copy across various creative output until it’s pitch-perfect.
Reporting of the role:
This role reports to the Co-Founder of Ubiquitous Mediaworks Private Limited.
Some of the things we’d like you to do:
Act as a custodian of brands and all its assets, taking complete ownership of strengthening consistency in brand communications.
Conducting adequate research & gathering relevant material for interactive content development. Regularly view and study all advertising for brands competitive to the client’s brand.
Conduct internet searches to identify new creative trends in the client’s category and share these with team members.
You will be required to work on more than one assignment simultaneously and must do justice to parallel assignments with equal attention to equality, detailing and delivery deadlines.
Present all creative ideas / concepts to Senior members of Creative and Client management teams in an interesting and convincing manner and provide strong logic and justification for the ideas / concepts presented.
Creating innovative buzz around the brand, its product promotions, launches and brand-sponsored events.
Work closely with internal & external design teams, to ensure all creative communication and collaterals are as per design/visual guidelines.
Preparation of an accurate brief document for all tactical & strategic activities, and ensuring end-to-end timely delivery for all campaigns.
Ensuring a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints – physical & digital.
Get content ready in advance as per social media calendar and ensure dissemination on time
Strategize with cross-functional teams on business objectives, and needs, to arrive at an overall campaign direction, and further execute with agency partners on the same.
You are responsible for:
Content Creation: Every single word that goes out from an agency. One of the most challenging profiles, the job of a copywriter calls for immense hard work, patience, inventive thinking and love for the art of writing.
Market Research: Track consumer & market insights across all consumer offerings / functions, by conducting regular qualitative and quantitative research sessions, and further share insights with relevant business/marketing teams, to finally have defined action points for each.
Sales Integration: Read and understand all creative briefs thoroughly and ask for clarifications if required. Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure brand integrations without compromising on the brand’s guidelines.
Proof-Reading: Writing clear, persuasive, original copy. All completed layouts and artworks must be thoroughly checked to ensure there are no mistakes.
Lead Brainstorming sessions: Stir up brilliant campaigns and content for brands along with the internal teams and lead brainstorming sessions, give strategic inputs and work on content decks as per the brand requirements
University or college degree
Should have experience in handling social media assets like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin etc
Thorough understanding of brand communication/strategy, and general knowledge of latest trends, current affairs and topical content.
Needs to be extremely passionate about all things brand, and have a clear inclination towards building and developing a brand.
Should be a self starter, and have essential agency management skills
Ability to be proactive, prioritize multiple important projects and work independently
Proven ability to work extremely well with and influence teams
Flexibility, ability to work under tight timelines
Experience in writing website blog articles
Comfortable writing in multiple styles across formats and platforms
Stay current on latest trends, talent and competitive work

Job Type: Full-time
Remuneration: ₹2,40,000 – ₹3,60,000 a year
