Full Job Description :-
Key responsibilities include:
FACILITY MANAGEMENT
Supervise admin assistants, allocate responsibilities and coordinate to ensure efficiency
Manage office reception ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all visitors, callers and team members visiting the office
Ensure housekeeping, upkeep and maintenance of the UWM office, including renewal of AMCs, coordination for servicing and maintenance of appliances, etc.
Provide IT support to team members in coordination with appointed vendors
Maintain inventory of office supplies and project materials
Create and maintain an efficient filing system and maintain important documents and records
PURCHASES AND VENDOR COORDINATION
Onboard and coordinate with vendors for procurement of office supplies and project materials
Coordinate with insurance providers for staff insurance policy
FINANCE & COMPLIANCE
Coordinate banking work under the guidance of the Finance team
Liaise with board members and authorised signatories for documentation and signatures
Assist in preparation and coordination for internal audit
Handle office petty cash and make judicious use of office resources while fulfilling administrative responsibilities
ASSISTING TEAM MEMBERS
Make business travel and accommodation arrangements for team members
Assist projects teams for vendor deliveries/supplies to project locations
Provide logistics support for UWM project related activities and events as per requirement
Coordinate and schedule appointments and allocation of meeting rooms
Assist CEO and senior management in coordination of schedules, preparation for meetings, and any other administrative support
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate degree in any discipline
Fluency in spoken and written English
4+ years of experience in office administration
Excellent knowledge of MS OFFICE
Proactive, self-motivated and strong people skills
High level of integrity, commitment and accountability
High degree of tact, diplomacy and discretion
Ability to multi task and work under pressure

REMUNERATION: Between INR 3 lakh to INR 4.8 lakh, subject to qualifications and experience of the candidate
