Job Purpose
To lead content creation on Vi’s social media pages – with core responsibility of owning the social engagement and brand led sentiment of Vodafone Idea Ltd.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Assist the Head of Social Media on everything social @ Vodafone Idea Ltd
Build and Execute the social media calendar for Brand Vi to make it the most popular brand on social media
Build up the buzz and positive sentiments for the brand by creating topical content within the brand framework, while working closely with agency partners
Work closely with Campaign Leads and media teams on all brand campaigns through appropriate content creation. Build and execute social media leg of all campaigns, all year round
Train the Social Care team on brand guidelines and Tone of Voice – create the multitude of templates for various response mechanisms by Social Care.
Drive the social agency to deliver campaigns as per the agreed calendar and brand guidelines.
Work with the in-house social media command centre, the MILL – to extract relevant insights to build buzz, engagement and business.
Work with cross- functional teams at corporate and circle levels to manage the online reputation of the organization esp with relation to content creation for social events
Collaborate with industry partners – Facebook, Google, Twitter etc to explore new opportunities and deliver efficient social media campaigns and industry-first experiences to the consumers
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Leading-edge understanding of how social media and its various platforms work and how they are evolving…
Leading edge language skills to create content in brand tonality
Ability to grasp brand guidelines and brand ethos
Ability to collaborate with multiple CFTs at the same time
Experience of 8-10 years in total of which 2-3 in a similar role.
Excellent Analytical abilities
Extreme high level of English language proficiency
Must have technical / professional qualifications
MBA from Tier 1 A and 1 B colleges
