Job Description
What will I be doing:
As a Client Services Support Executive, you will be part of the global CSS team focused on the following areas:
Clean, organize, and edit data sets to feed a variety of data environments and our clients’ global ecosystems.
Work with our data processing team to enable efficient transference of data from data collection to processing, and ultimately, to delivery.
Use your knowledge of data systems to increasingly automate manual tasks.
Respond to inbound requests from our self-service clients to provide written answers to their questions and perform technical tasks.
Support the Data Product client service teams with problem solving, troubleshooting, and performing technical tasks.
Act in a coordinating function to ensure our operations support a holistic experience for our clients and client service teams.
Assist in the delivery of custom, connected data solutions to our high-priority clients.

Qualifications
What do I need to bring with me?
This is an entry-level to early-career stage role, with qualifications focusing more on competencies than prior experiences. The applicant should be interested in the market research industry and data analytics
Desired Competencies:

Enthusiastic, a willing and quick learner with a drive to succeed
Strong communication skills and ability to craft a persuasive narrative

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher. A degree in a data, analytics, marketing or a research field is a plus (i.e., economics, psychology, business, marketing, market research, analytics, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office’s Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of at least one data visualization platform preferred (Tableau, PowerBI, other)
An eye for detail and ability to put together accurate deliverables in a timely fashion
Nice to haves:
Prior work experience as a researcher or analyst, or experience of converting data into stories
Experience of working on client-facing projects
Understanding of SQL a plus; not required
Understanding of R a plus; not required

The Connected Solutions team plays a vital role within the company, developing strong relationships as a trusted strategic partner to our clients.
As a Connected Solutions Analyst with YouGov, you’ll be an important member of the Client Services team supporting a range of clients across sectors, categories, and countries. Your responsibilities will include integrating data across YouGov and our clients’ various surveys, syndicated data, and behavioral information. You will then use this data to build compelling dashboards using our proprietary visualization tools and off-the-shelf tools such as Tableau and PowerBI. You will support YouGov clients ranging from Fortune 100s to fast-growing startup companies, spanning a variety of industries including FMCG, Media & Agencies, Travel & Tourism, Leisure & Entertainment, Retail, Gaming & Esports, Technology, and more.
