Role and Responsibilities
This role will have a complete ownership of Micro Fulfillment Warehouses
Inventory management which consist of 3500+ SKUs across various
categories prevailing in Indian Grocery consumption pattern.
Micro Fulfillment Centers directly serve to consumers in highly fast paced
environment and hence this role is responsible for high In stock levels and
consistent Replenishment cycles basis supply chain of applicable categories
including running daily planning cycles for Pull based Replenishment
Planning.
This role is responsible of designing dynamic inventory management
process, systems, work flows which are in line with business strategy,
consumption pattern and constrains involved.
Implementation of innovating ways of managing inventory turns, vendors
supply and fill rate improvement projects, improving flexibility, Smartly
dealing with products in Frozen, Chill and Ambient various storage zones as
well as different shelf life products.
Responsible for running MI/ML driven Demand Planning and Replenishment
Software, its output to maximize availability, forecasting based dynamic
buffer allocation, factoring various impacts of supply chain disruptions and
preventive measures.
This Role hold planning ownership in terms of all other stakeholders such as
Operations, Finance , Category on all planning and cross functional
associations .
What are we looking for?
Possesses strong analytical and numerical skills with strong experience of
Excel, including Macros, V-Lookups, Pivot Tables
Knowledge of SQL and macros will be an added advantage.The position requires an individual who can work autonomously and take
ownership on proactively handling disruptions to save guard availability
Professionals who are high on ownership and data driven approach.
